Inspector Notes

A inspection was conducted on October 5, 2023 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding unsafe outdoor play area.

A inspection of the family day home was conducted, records were reviewed, and interviews were conducted.

At this time the outdoor areas of the home are not used as child care spaces. Children are transported to a nearby playground for outdoor play. The yard of the family day home should be free of hazards and safe for use if included as usable space for enrolled children.

No violations were cited during today's inspection and the complaint is deemed "not valid".
