Inspector Notes

A initial inspection was initiated on 01/03/2023. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There were 4 classrooms inspected and measurements were taken.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The inspection will be reviewed with administrator.

Based on observation the licensee did not ensure there was sufficent area for the fall zone.

Evidence:
The fall zone around the two stationary playground equipment did not meet the 6 feet fall zone.
Staff was present when measurments were taken on the playground . Staff stated they will increase the fall zone area.
