A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on concluded on June 5, 2024. And the inspection concluded on June 5, 2024. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure staff have a Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care with in 90 days. The training shall include an in-person competency demonstration.

Evidence:
Staff #2 hired 11/13/2023 the certification for CPR did not have an in-person competency demonstration.
