An announced inspection was completed on 02/04/2026 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The on-site inspection began at 1:30PM and ended at 2:45PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility , observation and measurements.
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards.
