Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 11:50am. Observed 1 child totaling 2 pints with 1 caregiver. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The child was napping during the inspection. Lunch was brought by the child. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. An area of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed was found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov

1Evidence:
1. The Information for Parents form, signed by all parents, did not include written information regarding payments, the termination policy, and check-in/out procedures. Those areas of the form were left blank.
2. Child #2, #3, #4, and #5 began attending between 6/1/23-7/10/23.
