An unannounced, on-site Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated on September 16, 2024 and completed on September 16, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 pm and ended at 1:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above. There were 0 children present and #2staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site on September 16, 2024. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews.
