Inspector Notes

A complaint was received in the licensing office on 12/11/2023 regarding care and protection of children. On 12/13/2023 an on-site investigation was conducted with Child Protective Services. Interviews were conducted, records were reviewed and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
