Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/15/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 18 staff with 69 children at the time of the visit. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill log were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for
