Inspector Notes
An unannounced non-mandated inspection was initiated on 11/18/2024 and completed on 2/20/2025. This investigation was conducted along with Child Protective Services in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/13/2024 relating to allegations of care and protection of children. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 2 staff records on-site on 11/18/2024. This inspection included document review, interviews, observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
