An unannounced inspection was initiated on 3/6/2025 and completed on 4/9/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/4/2025 relating to allegations of communicable diseases and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 1 staff record on- site on 3/6/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
