Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 11:00am to 12:30pm. There were 4 children (8 points) with the Provider and Assistant Provider, within the supervision guidelines. The Provider and Assistant Provider's records were reviewed and found complete. All 4 enrolled children's files were reviewed. Overall, an organized recordation system is in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 12 children. Children were observed eating lunch and preparing for naptime. Provider plans to complete the MAT training, so currently no medications are administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. No violations were found today during today's inspection.Thank you for your cooperation.
