Inspector Notes

A complaint was received in the licensing office on 7/17/2023 regarding capacity and zoning. On July 18, 2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. There were 3 caregivers with 11 children (21 points) within the supervision guidelines. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
