An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/4/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:00pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers with a total of 22 points.
The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member records on-site on 3/4/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with
