Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/18/2024 from 9:00 am-9:55 am. There were 8 children supervised by 3 direct caregiver. The home, 4 caregivers records, 2 children?s records, 1 household members record, evacuation drills, first aid kit, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Evidence: The foot petal on the foot-operated trash can was broken, preventing the trash can lid from opening on its own and requiring the caregiver to open the lid with their hands.
Evidence: The last annual review of the emergency plan was dated 12/30/2022.
