Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted today from 11:10 am to 12:00pm. The purpose of this inspection was to assess the care of children during the conditional licensure period. There were 2 children (5 points) in care with the provider. There were no medications on site. A previously cited violation was corrected. 2 children's records and the attendance log was reviewed.
