A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 1/22/24There were 4 children (10 points) present with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The provider had completed all subsidy required trainings. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
