Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 7/8/24 from 10:20 am to 11:00am. There were 3 children (7 points) in direct care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with a variety of age appropriate toys. There were no children with allergies or medications on site. Documents reviewed included records for: 1 caregiver including trainings, 3 children, 1 household member, attendance, emergency plan, emergency drill logs. A walk through of the family day home was conducted.

1Evidence: Household Member # 1's most recent TB screening was completed on 4/22/21. A subsequent screening has not been obtained to this date.
