Inspector Notes

A announced inspection for this new RECDC program was conducted on 1/31/2023. The program is already operating, 52 children are present with 11 classroom staff and 2 office staff.
The children are in 5 groupings. Observed children having movement class in the sanctuary, playing and riding cars in the fellowship hall and working on worksheet and playing in classrooms. Lots of interaction between staff and children in all groupings.

Evidence: Fingerprint records are missing for one staff.
Plan of Correction: We will send the staff out to get the fingerprints done, it was requested that it be done before this date.
