An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 3/2/26 and completed on the same date. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 and ended at 11:10. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present with 10 staff. The inspector reviewed. document review , tour of the facility, interviews.
