Inspector Notes
An announced initial family day home inspection was conducted on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. A complete walk through inspection of the home and outdoor areas was conducted with the provider. The areas of the home that will be designated for child care and required documentation was reviewed. The provider has submitted all of the required application materials at this time. Though some standards of care could not be determined during the initial study, the provider is in substantial compliance with the standards that could be determined. A recommendation for a six-month conditional license will be made at this time. During the conditional period, the provider will be subject to unannounced licensing inspections, with the first inspection taking place within the first sixty days of licensure. There were no violations issued during this inspection.
