An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on January 8, 2026, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 12:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and three caregivers; the point total was 29. The inspector reviewed six children?s records and three caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
