Inspector Notes

An announced initial study was conducted today. Three children were in care as the provider is currently permitted by Office For Children. The point total was eight with two caregivers which is within ratios for supervision. Observed the entire home and outside play area, emergency preparation, diapering area, records for children, supplies and equipment including a crib and nutrition. Currently, the children bring lunch and food from home. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
