Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Three children were in care for eight points with one caregiver. Observed the youngest sleeping in the crib, free play and transition for the other two to rest time. Home has 2 rooms for daycare as well as the bathroom and a large backyard area for outside play. The children bring all food from home. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
