An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 6/10/24 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations of care, protection, and guidance. Based on a review of documentation and interviews conducted, the allegation was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
