Inspector Notes
An unannounced 60-day monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/3/23 from 3:50pm to 4:40pm with the provider and one assistant. There were five children in care, ranging in age from nine-months to four-years-old, for a total of 13 points. Children were observed having free play with cars and blocks as well as reading books. Three child records were reviewed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reported that they did not have medication for children on-site, but the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT).
