Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/7/24 from 10:00am to 11:10am with the provider who was present with one new assistant. There were seven children in care, ranging in age from eight-months to five-years-old, for a total of 16 points. Children were observed having free play and napping. Three child records, the provider?s record, and one caregiver record were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reports that they do not give medication at this time. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Laura Brindle, at laura.brindle@doe.virginia.gov or 540-905-2062.
