Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 2/7/24 from 10:00am to 11:10am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two caregiver records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice, Health & Safety Update training, and current certification in First Aid and CPR.
