Inspector Notes

An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:20am. There were no children in care at the time. The home, 1 staff record, household member?s record, evacuation drill procedures, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Crib/ sleep routines, diaper and potty routines, hand washing and cleaning routines were also reviewed. Sample child enrollment documents, attendance and forms were discussed.
There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
