Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/26/2024 from 8:55 am- 9:50 am. There were 4 children directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, activities, emergency preparedness planning, drills and supplies were inspected. The children's records, vendor information and household member information were also reviewed. Observed parent drop off, breakfast time and singing and dancing. Handwashing and potty routines were also discussed reviewed.

Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
