Inspector Notes

A modification study was conducted on February 20, 2024 from 8:05 AM to 8:20 AM. The inspector received a modification request on February 8, 2024. The center is currently licensed to serve children starting at 1 month to 5 years, 11 months. They are requesting to serve school age children. The room is fully frunished with age appropriate tables, chairs and shelving.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
