A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on March 20, 2023. There were three children present, ranging in ages from three to five years old, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed all areas of the code to determine compliance . A total of three children?s records and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
