Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 3/18/24 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. At the time of the inspection there were 7 children in care and 2 staff members. Children were observed participating in various activities including story time, music, eating lunch and preparing for nap time. Records were reviewed for 4 children and 4 staff. The classrooms, kitchen, restrooms, and outside play area were viewed. Emergency supplies and other required records and postings were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
