Staff who work directly with children shall annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities, to include the department's health and safety update course.
There was no documentation for Staff #1 and Staff #2 to show that 16 hours of training was completed in 2024. Additionally, there was no documentation to show that Staff #1 and Staff #2 completed the department's health and safety update course in 2024.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
During the time of the inspection, two aerosol cans of air freshener were observed in a bathroom that children use. The air fresheners were left unlocked.
