During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/24/2026 and completed on 3/24/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:55am and ended at 11:35am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 4 caregivers; the point total was 21. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-120-B
Assistants' and substitute providers' records shall contain the following: documentation of two or more references as to the character and reputation as well as competency were checked before employment.

References were missing for Caregiver #1, who has been employed for almost 2 months.
Plan of Correction: I will obtain the required references.
Standard 8VAC20-800-830-A
The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.

There was no record of the emergency evacuation drills being conducted in February.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure to do the monthly drills.
