Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 7/22/25 from 10:10 am to 12:40 pm, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/21/25 relating to allegations of supervision and behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and video footage review, tour of the facility,
interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
