An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 8/5/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/29/25 relating to allegations of supervision and behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
