Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today (60 days after children were ]enrolled). Children were resting quietly during the inspection.

The emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, cot/crib spacing, top and bottom covers and the menu were all in compliance.

3 staff and 3 child records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
