Inspector Notes
An onsite announced initial inspection was conducted on March 15, 2023 from 10:00 A.M.-12:15 P.M. There was one child, age two years, for a total of two points with one caregiver. The provider's home and all areas to be used for childcare were toured and inspected. Items reviewed during the inspection included required posted information, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, emergency preparedness, nutrition, and pet vaccinations. One child record, one provider record, and one household member record were reviewed. Discussion on the outdoor play area and alternate play areas to be used as the landscaping is being completed this spring.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license for a capacity of six children, serving ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
