Inspector Notes

A unannounced 60 day focused inspection was conducted today from 12:20 pm-1:30 pm.
There were 6 children supervised by 2 staff. A sample of child records, staff records, trainings, policies and procedures, after school pick up routines and combining of age ranges 3 and up in the afternoon. Handwashing and cleaning routines were also observed/ reviewed. Violations cited can be found on the violation notice.

Based on record review, the center does not have a qualified director on site.
Evidence, there is no staff on site that meets the qualifications of program director based on review of educational experience.
Plan of Correction: I am hiring a new director today. I have to wait for her background searches to come back before I can officially hire her.
