During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 01/07/2026 and completed on 1/21/2026, as a part of the licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 12:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 staff records [on-site] and [electronically on 1/21/2026. This inspection included document review , tour of the facility, interviews, observations.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A staff member on-site shall have current Daily health observation training.

There were no staff on-site with current documentation of having received daily health observation training.
Plan of Correction: I know I took it. I cannot find in the new file. I will take again.
Standard 8VAC20-780-270-A
Areas and equipment shall be maintained in clean safe and operable condition.

Student sink in school age care area was observed to no work and pipes covered in rust.
Rust in bathroom metal dividers used by preschool children.
Plan of Correction: We have asked the office to fix. we will ask again.
Standard 8VAC20-780-40-M
The center shall maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions documented in the allergy plan required in 8VAC20-780-60 A 8. This list shall be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present

There were three children with preferences or restrictions that were not written on a current list in each classroom where children were present.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure everything is posted in the kitchen and in the classroom.
