An initial subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on February 13, 2023, between 11:00am and 12:30pm. There was 1 child present with 1 provider/vendor supervising. The physical plant, policies and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, 1 child's record, and 1 provider/vendor record were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the provider/vendor. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Potentially poisonous substances: cleaning supplies on the kitchen counter, hair spray and chest rub on the bathroom counter were not stored away in areas inaccessible to children.
