Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 24, 2024 approximately 12:35 pm to 1:25 pm. There were 12 children for a total of 25 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children werer observed resting. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.

Based on observation, the family day home provider did not occupied cots were not at least 12 inches from each other.
Evidence:
1. The Provider had 12 children all laying on cots in the front room area. The children cots were not 12 inches from each other.
