Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 6/5/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:44AM and ended at 11:10AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children and 4 staff present. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site on 6/5/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
