Inspector Notes

A modification study was conducted during a 60 day inspection on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from11:45 AM to 12:10 PM. The center is requesting a change in age range to provide care for school age children 5 years to 12 years. The new classroom is fully furnished with age appropriate tables, chairs and shelving. The classroom has the required supplies and age appropriate materials for the anticipated number of children in care. A recommendation will be made to modify the current license to reflect your request.
