Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on December 10, 2025, and completed on December 10, 2025, as part of the provisional licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 1:35 PM and ended at 2:15 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 127 children present and 27 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
