Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on June 21, 2023, in response to a complaint that was received by the department on June 15, 2023, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
