Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on October 5, 2023. The inspector arrived at 11:45am and departed at approximately 2:15pm. There were 31 children and 9 staff members present. A sample size of 14 records were reviewed which included 8 children?s records and 6 staff records. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental Inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
