The inspectors were able to observe children participating in free play both indoors and outdoors, handwashing, diapering, and room transitions. Records were reviewed for two children and two staff members. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed with the owner and administrator during the exit interview.
