Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/30/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/28/2024 relating to allegations of Care of Children and Preventing the Spread of Disease. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
