An unannounced inspection was initiated on 1/8/2025 and completed on 1/8/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/30/2024 relating to allegations of Physical Equipment and Environment, Care of Children and Preventing the Spread of Disease. The inspection included tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
